Tradeline Tribe – Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement

By purchasing and subscribing to any tradeline offered by Tradeline Tribe (“Company,” “we,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following guarantees, terms, and conditions:

Our Guarantees

Tradeline Tribe guarantees the following:

Posting Guarantee – Any tradeline you purchase will post to your credit report. Tradelines typically take between 2 to 5 weeks to appear, depending on the reporting schedule of the issuing bank and the credit bureaus. If the issuing bank fails to report within that time, we will either (a) provide a replacement tradeline of equal or greater value, or (b) issue you a refund.

Authorized User Status – You will remain as an authorized user on the tradeline for as long as your subscription is active and in good standing.

Payment History – All tradelines provided will reflect a perfect payment history with no late payments.

Utilization Guarantee – The utilization ratio on the tradeline will always remain at or below 10%.

Bureau Reporting – Each tradeline is guaranteed to post to at least two (2) major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion). If this does not occur, we will provide a refund or replacement tradeline.

What We Do NOT Guarantee

Tradeline Tribe makes no guarantees regarding the following:

Credit Score Impact – We do not guarantee any specific increase (or decrease) in your credit score as a result of purchasing a tradeline. Every credit profile is unique, and outcomes vary.

Credit Approval or Funding – We do not guarantee approval for any loans, credit cards, mortgages, or other financial products.

Credit Advice – Our representatives cannot and will not provide advice or estimates regarding potential score increases, financial goals, or the number of tradelines you may need. We do not discuss or speculate about credit scores.

Other Outcomes – We do not guarantee any results beyond the posting of tradelines as described in the “Our Guarantees” section.

Fraud Alerts / Freezes – Tradelines will not post if your credit file has an active fraud alert or credit freeze. You must remove any freezes or alerts before purchasing.

Address Mismatch – Your address must match the one on file with the credit bureaus. If they do not match, reporting failures may occur.

Important Disclosures

You will not receive access to or be able to use the actual credit card tied to the tradeline.

Tradeline Tribe is not a credit repair company and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

This is a month-to-month subscription service billed at the price listed per tradeline, per month. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation will end billing for future months, but no refunds are provided for past charges unless covered under the “Our Guarantees” section.

Company Right to Terminate – Tradeline Tribe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel your subscription, remove you from any tradeline, and stop billing at any time, with or without cause.

No Chargebacks – By entering this Agreement, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or credit card provider. All billing concerns or refund requests must be handled directly with Tradeline Tribe in accordance with the “Our Guarantees” section. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of this Agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue legal and collection remedies.

Identity Verification – For compliance and fraud prevention, you agree to provide a valid, unexpired government-issued driver’s license or state ID prior to being added to any tradeline. Failure to provide proper identification will result in cancellation of your order.

Additional Terms & Protections

Limitation of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradeline Tribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tradeline in question.

Compliance – You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You understand that purchasing a tradeline is not a guarantee of creditworthiness and should not be misrepresented to lenders or financial institutions.

Dispute Resolution – Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration in [your state], under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law – This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the state of [your state].

Acknowledgment

By purchasing and subscribing to a tradeline, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
